About BG Pro Level Coaching

BG Pro Level Coaching is an elite football coaching platform built around a single belief — every young player deserves coaching that meets them exactly where they are and takes them to where they want to be. Founded and led by UEFA B qualified coach Brian Green, the platform brings together over two decades of professional and grassroots coaching experience into a structured, personal and genuinely enjoyable development pathway for children aged 5 to 16.

What we do. Through the BG Pro Level Coaching platform, parents can book 1-to-1 and small group coaching sessions, access tailored session plans and drills, track their child's technical, tactical and physical progress, and receive professional progress reports after every block of sessions. Coaches use the same platform to plan sessions, manage schedules, log performance ratings across ten skill areas, and generate shareable reports — giving families full visibility of how their child is developing, week on week.

Who it is for. Our coaching and our platform are designed for ambitious young players and their families across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire — from children taking their first touches in the garden through to players targeting professional academy pathways, international honours and US scholarship routes. We coach both boys and girls of all abilities, with specialist support for goalkeepers and for players preparing for academy trials.

Who builds it. BG Pro Level Coaching is designed, run and continually refined by Brian Green, a UEFA B qualified head coach with Enhanced DBS clearance, First Aid training and full public liability insurance. Brian has coached grassroots and elite players for more than 20 years, with players he has developed progressing into professional club pathways, the Arsenal Women's setup, Wales international honours and US university scholarships.
