Brian Green

I'm Brian Green — UEFA B qualified coach and the founder of BG Pro Level Coaching. For more than two decades I've worked with players at every stage of the game, from their very first touches in the garden all the way through to professional academies, international honours and university scholarships.

My coaching is built on a simple belief: every player deserves coaching that meets them exactly where they are and takes them to where they want to be. No generic drills. No copying what worked for someone else. Just thoughtful, individual, technically-detailed coaching that develops the complete footballer — technically, tactically, physically and mentally.

I've worked inside both grassroots and the professional game — as a coach, a Development Officer and an FA licensed professional — and I bring the standards of the latter into every session we deliver, regardless of the player's age or ambition. From a six-year-old learning to love the ball to a fifteen-year-old chasing an academy contract, the coaching quality should never drop.

Beyond the qualifications, I care genuinely about the players I coach. I see my role as a responsibility — to develop not just better footballers but more confident, resilient young people. Sessions are demanding but supportive; mistakes are part of learning; and improvement, when it comes, is genuinely earned.
